Use the following system registry key and value to disable SIP from auto-launching:

Force Warm Boot or Cold Boot After Resuming From Critical Suspension

When resuming from Critical Suspension, Cold or Warm Boot should be performed (depends on user preference)
to insure proper operation of the VC70.
Cold or Warm Boot is especially important after resuming from critical suspend that resulted from pressing on the
Power button or after the backup battery of the VC70 is depleted.
Running the PwrSrc.reg file, insures that the system will resume by either performing Cold or Warm boot.
To force Warm Boot or Cold Boot after resuming from critical suspension:
