[2-6-2] Numbering Plan—Quick Dial
Quick Dialling numbers are used to call extensions or outside parties, or access certain features
without having to dial their full numbers. It is possible to register Quick Dialling numbers that overlap
with other registered numbers (refer to "Automatic Rerouting of Calls via a Private IP Network to
Public Trunks" in the Feature Guide).
A maximum of 80 Quick Dialling numbers can be programmed. When an EMEC/MEC card is installed
in the PBX, a maximum of 4000 (with the KX-TDA100/KX-TDA200/KX-TDA600) or 1000 (with the KX-
TDA30) Quick Dialling numbers can be programmed. To display other sets of numbers, click the
applicable tab.

Use quick dial for rerouting to public CO when TIE line does not work
Specifies whether to check if the quick dial numbering plan is compatible (does not overlap) with the
main numbering plan.
Value Range
Disable: Checks whether the quick dial numbering plan is compatible with the main numbering plan.
Enable: Does not check whether the quick dial numbering plan is compatible with the main numbering
plan.

Basic Memory: Max. 4 digits (consisting of 0–9, *, and #)
