AX-125/145 SIP VoIP Router Quick Installation Guide
Symptom: The interface is configured for PPPoE, but it is not working.
•
If authentication is required, check that the user name and password are
correct.
Symptom: I forgot the IP address of the device, and hence cannot reach it via
my web browser.
•
You can use IVR to check or reconfigure LAN IP. For details on using the IVR
function, refer to 2.5 LAN IP Assignment.
•
Set up your PC Ethernet to DHCP client mode and connect to AX-125/145's
LAN port to get a valid IP, and open a browser with the AX-125/145 gateway IP.
