Two-Way Recording into the Voice Mail

Description
This is one of the DPT Integration features.
Allows the PT user to record the current telephone conversation into his own mailbox or
another extension user's mailbox.
Note
• During the recording of Two-Way telephone conversations, inform the other party that the
conversation is being recorded.
Conditions
• Two-Way Record / Two-Way Transfer button
These buttons can be assigned to a flexible (CO, DSS) button by Station, User or System
Programming.
• If all voice mail ports are busy, pressing the Two-Way Record button does not function and
an alarm tone sounds.
• If all voice mail ports are busy, pressing the Two-Way Transfer button followed by an
extension number sends an alarm tone.
