Asset Monitor Sample Interval. Time interval used by the Asset Monitor to
sample heat exchanger instrumentation values. Typical values NSI/1000 or
60 seconds, whichever is greater.
Base OPS. OPS read during the training period, which become the initial set
used for all future comparisons.
Comparative OPS. OPS read during subsequent heat exchanger operation
which will be used to compare against the BOPS of the heat exchanger.
