Scope
This manual provides basic information relating to Z6m/Z6tv telephones, and
provides procedures and processes for repairing the units at Level 1 and 2 service
centers including:
• Unit swap out
• Repairing of mechanical faults
• Basic modular troubleshooting
• Testing and verification of unit functionality
• Initiate warranty claims and send faulty modules to Level 3 or 4 repair
centers
