Repairing Possible Faults

95% of all complaints are unfortunately attributable to operating errors and can be easily
remedied. If you are unable to remedy the problem using the troubleshooting list below,
please contact our After-Sales Service by telephone or email. We would therefore ask
you to contact us before sending your appliance to the After-Sales Service.

You can remedy the following faults yourself:

Disposal

The product packaging is made of recyclable materials.
The packaging material can be delivered to public collection points
for recycling.
