P210 4 mA Setpoint (low output)

P210 is used to set the 4 mA loop current for the HART common module.
Sets the process level corresponding to the 4 mA value. 4 mA always defaults to 0, and
P201 determines whether this is a Level, Space, Distance, or Volume (or flow)
measurement. Level and Space are measured as a percentage of Span; Distance is
measured as a percentage of Empty.
