To set call forwarding:
LIFT THE HANDSET PRESS
'FWD DND"
OR PRESS
"SP-PHONE"
Description
A II outside or intercom calls to your extension
can be forwarded to another extension awo­
matically, during your absence.
Operation
To enable
1 . L1jt the handset or press the SP -PHONE
button .
2.
Press th e FWDIDND button.
3.
Dial number of extension to which calls are
to be forwarded

Th e indicator light of the FWDIDN D button
will flash slowly.
Confirmation tone will be heard.
"FORWA RDING EXT" will be displayed.
4.
Replace th e handset back on the cradle or
press the SP-PHONE button.
To cancel
1 . Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE
button.
2.
Press the FWDIDND button.
Dial (0) .
3.
Th e in dicator light of the FWDIDND button
will be off .
Cm�firmation tone will be heard.
"FWDIDND CANCEL ' ' will be displayed.
4.
Replace the handset back on the cradle or
press the SP-PHONE button.

Conditions
Do Not Disturb is cancelled when call for­

warding is established.
• If a call is directed to the forwarding exten­
sion, the forwarded ext f nsion will ring but the
origin ating extension will not ring.
•Recall for camp-on and Hold recall are not
forwarded.
