Step 3 Install the nuts, spring washers, flat washers, and a U-shaped metal plate onto the steel
hangers, and use a torque wrench to torque the U-shaped metal plate to 5 N•m (on M6 steel
hangers) or 12 N•m (on M8 steel hangers). See
