Checking method
Move the feed base to the left and
right by hand.
Move the feed base to the left and
right by hand.
Move the feed base forward and
back by hand.
Move the feed base forward and

Turn the looper base by hand.

Operate the treadle.
Press the work clamp switch.
Press the start switch.
Press the STOP switch.
Tilt back the machine head.
Turn the lower thread trimming
cylinder on and off manually.

Judgment
Normally around 100%
Left area: No switching ON/OFF
Right area: Switches ON/OFF
Left direction: Up
Right direction: Down
* When the power is turned on, the
position will be 0.
Forward area: OFF
Backward area: ON
Forward direction: Up
Backward direction: Down
* When the power is turned on, the
position will be 0.
Counterclockwise
