I/O Card Installation Verification

Overview

The following list is a summary of the verification process. Refer to the I/O Card

Installation Verification Procedure below for detailed instructions.

A. Connect power cord.

B. Turn on power to the system.

C. Observe console display for self-test error messages.

D. Halt boot process to get the Boot Console prompt.

E. Confirm I/O card installation by typing "in io" at the Boot Console Handler.
