Each GOOSE diagnosis event record has the following properties:

Detected Time: date and time of a diagnostic event
•
Subnetwork: subnetwork name
•
IED: IED name
• GOOSE Control Block: GOOSE control block reference
• Object Text: descriptive text for the event
• Event: diagnostic event
