Chapter 6 Messaging
You can send and receive various kinds of messages:
Text messages
Audio messages
Multimedia messages that contain pictures and videos
Group messages
Messaging requires network support.
You can send text messages that are longer than the character limit
for a single message. Longer messages are sent as two or more
messages. Your service provider may charge accordingly.

6.1 Send a message

Press m > Messaging.

Select New message.

Enter the phone number. To add a recipient from your contacts
list, select To field.

To add an attachment, select Options > Insert content.
To send the message, select Options > Send, or press n.

Sending a message with an attachment may be more expensive
than sending a normal text message. For more information,
contact your service provider.
If the item you inserted in a multimedia message is too large for the
network, the mobile terminal may automatically reduce the size.
Only compatible devices can receive and display multimedia
messages. Messages may look different in different devices.

6.2 Send an audio message

Press m > Messaging.

Select Options > Create message > Audio message.

Enter the phone number. To add a recipient from your contacts
list, select To field.
To send the message, select Options > Send, or press n.

6.3 Receive messages

Press m > Messaging.
When you receive a message,
and 1 new message are displayed
in the home screen.
To open the message, select Show.
Open a message
Select Inbox and a message.
Reply to a received message
Open a message, and select Options > Reply.
Select either Via message or Via audio message.
Forward a message
Open a message, and select Options > Forward.
Save a received multimedia item
Select the item, and select Options > Objects. From the objects list,
select save object, and select Options > Save. Select Options >
Open, the item can be viewed in the corresponding application. For
example, to view saved pictures, open Photos.
