20.7 Limited warranty

A limited warranty is provided for the F-022 mobile phone terminal
and the original accessories delivered with the mobile phone
(hereafter referred to as "Product"). Make sure that you received
the related warranty pamphlet from D-PHONE and refer to it, in
case your Product needs warranty service. Warranty service can be
obtained only in the People's Republic of China.
Please note that the data, applications or settings you created,
imported or downloaded may be changed or lost when your
Product is repaired or replaced.
We assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any change
or loss of information. You should therefore always maintain a
separate record of all the information registered in your mobile
phone (such as phonebook contents, etc.).
Note that repair or replacement may involve the use of functionally
equivalent reconditioned or new parts, accessories or units.
The following is excluded from the limited warranty:

Deterioration due to normal wear and tear, including all
externally exposed parts and surfaces that are scratched or
damaged due to customer use.

Defect or damage resulting from improper operation, misuse,
accident, neglect, rough handling or any use in contradiction
with the instructions of the User Guide.

Damage or malfunction due to an external cause of the
Product, such as shock, lightning, fire, unsuitable electric
current, contact with liquid, water, rain, chemical product or
any harmful agent, exposure to moisture, condensation,
perspiration or dampness, contact with sand, dirt or food,
contact with magnetic cards or devices, etc.
