Capacitor Bank

You can operate Capacitor Banks using the control dialog available for a capacitor
symbol in the SLD. The dialog allows you to turn the capacitor bank device on or off.
The dialog enables the appropriate control buttons available for control based on the
current status of the device.
The capacitor symbol should be connected to an appropriate ZCAP logical node during
the SLD configuration. The ZCAP logical node offers two data objects: CapDS and
DschBlk.
The CapDS data object must be defined under the ZCAP logical node. It is optional to
have the DschBlk data object defined based on availability. The DschBlk.stVal data
attribute signifies the blocking signal from the capacitor bank device due to discharge,
and it is accounted only for turning on the capacitor device. When the blocking signal
from the device is enabled, the control dialog disables the turn "on" button, thereby dis-
