Operation
An alarm has occurred in an attached unit. Check the

status of the unit in the slot number saved in the

system data register SD1.
An error has occurred in an attached unit. Check the
Select status of the unit in the slot number saved in the
(Default stop) system data register SD2. Verify the configuration
settings.
Unit wiring condition has changed compared to that at
Select the time of power-up.

in the system data register SD4.
The number of units differs from that registered in the

I/O map. Check the I/O map and the attachment
