Cycle Time Slows Down during Automatic Operation
9-2-1
Slowdown of Cycle Time due to Dispensing Stability Timer
When data are input in StableTm (dispensing stability timer), tact time slows down.
[∗ Slowdown of cycle time = Slowdown of Tact time (s)) × (Number of points)]
Therefore, when you want to give priority to cycle time, change this timer to "0."
When StableTm as set "0," the trouble such as thready bond, etc. may occur.

Slowdown of Cycle Time due to Dispensing Quantity Feedback Function
BD30S performs the dispensing quantity feedback in order to stabilize the dispensing quantity.
Tact time may be long due to a decrease in the bond in syringe because this function controls a
decrease in the dispensing quantity by dispensing time.
If cycle time slows down due to the dispensing quantity feedback function, take the dispensing
quantity teaching again or reset the feedback value.
