Failed to detect the origin of the purge cam.

User Check
Remove the jammed paper in platen part.
Step
1 Foreign materials in the
maintenance unit
2 Purge cam switch harness
connection failure
3 Paper feed motor defective
4 PF encoder sensor defective
5 Maintenance unit defective
6 Main PCB defective
Cause
Remove foreign materials.
Reconnect the purge cam switch harness.
Replace the paper feed motor.
Replace the PF encoder sensor PCB ASSY.
Replace the maintenance unit.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
