8 Irradiation Data Display

Display the number of irradiations and cumulative irradiation time of the LEDs. Use this data as a
rough guide to the irradiation count and when to replace the LED head.
Do display the Data screen, touch MENU → DATA.
■ User Preferences

CL Clear the counter.
SET Press and hold to set the counter to the desired value.
Use this to set the time and use and counter value
when replacing an LED with one that has been
previously used.
Show the next data. Touching this arrow loops through
↓
LED 1, LED 2, LED 3, LED 4, and User Preferences.
MENU Return to the Menu screen.
Press the down arrow (↓) repeatedly to switch to the User Preferences
screen. Here, you can set the LED replacement time to your liking
(initial value: 10,000 hours).
The rule of thumb for replacing the LED is 10,000 hours at 70% initial
intensity under the default head settings.
The lifetime may be reduced by certain head configurations.
To change the LED replacement time, touch and hold H.
The Numeric Input screen appears.
Enter the numbers, then touch the Enter key ( ↵ ) to change to the
entered number.
Touch ESC to return without performing any changes.
Touch the down arrow (↓) to switch to the Serial Communication
Change screen. Here, you can change the destination connection for
serial communication (default setting: PC).
Touch PC to switch to PLC.
Touch PLC to switch to PC.
