Replacing the cable gland set
1. Isolate the device from power.
2. Open the door. To do this, unscrew the six screws.
3. Remove the cover plate
4. Remove the entire cable gland set by loosening the screw
5. Install the complete new cable gland set

Tightening the cable glands
Fasten the cable glands
• M16x1.5 clamping range 5 to 10 mm made of plastic, counternut and cap nut
(clamping of cables or plugs) with a torque of 3.0 Nm.
• M20x1.5 clamping range 10 to 14 mm made of plastic, counternut and cap nut with a
torque of 4.5 Nm.
• M16x1.5 clamping range 6 to 10 mm made of metal, counternut and cap nut with a
torque of 6.5 Nm.
• M20x1.5 clamping range 10 to 14 mm made of metal, counternut and cap nut with a
torque of 9.0 Nm.
