Tap Stop Presentation to stop sharing the presentation.
Viewing Picture in Picture
Tap to superimpose a picture in picture (PiP) window on
the center HD display.
Adjusting the Volume
Tap and move the slider to adjust the volume.
If the volume is adjusted to the lowest setting, the local
speakers are muted.
Muting or Unmuting Your Microphone
• indicates that your microphone is unmuted. Tap this
icon once to mute the microphone.
• indicates that your microphone is muted. Tap this
icon once to unmute the microphone.
• You can also press on the table to mute or unmute
your microphone.
After you enable microphone independence on the
Telepresence System Manager, the touch-sensitive button
in front of a touch panel mutes or unmutes the speaker
only for that touch panel.
Remote sites can hear the local site when your microphone is
unmuted but not when it is muted.
Viewing a Script
Tap to display the script list. Select a script and tap
View to display and view the script on the center HD
display.
Controlling a Conference
During multipoint conferences, the chair site has more
conference control functions than non-chair sites.
You can control a conference in either of the following ways:
• Tap the desired conference control button.
• Tap the drop-down list box, select the desired
