13.10 Main LED's

This test is used to check that all the LEDs on the
control panel are in working order.
If anything is wrong in this test, start by changing
the control panel and then run the test again. If
the fault persists, try troubleshooting as described
below.

13.11 Test Activation LED on

To test the Activation button LED, press the Start
LED on button in CCU and then the LEDs should
light up in the start button (two). If they do not light
up, troubleshoot the cable. From CCU connector
A:5, a voltage signal is sent via Cable 2 to the
connector under the control panel where it is
connected to pin 10. If the LEDs do not light up
in the start button, unplug the connector under
the control panel and take a reading on pin 10
with a multimeter set to measure volts. In the
connector coming from Cable 2 at the same time
as the output via CST is activated. Around 11 V on
pin 10 should then be seen if the cable is OK. If
coupling the connector to the control panel and it
does not light up the LEDs in the start button even
though voltage in the connector has been checked
without the control panel being connected, it will be
necessary to change the control panel for a new
one, repair is not possible.

13.12 Test SavE LED on

To activate the savE LED, press the savE LED
on button in CST and then the LEDs (two) inside
the savE button light up. If they do not light up,
troubleshoot the cables to see if there is a fault
there. From CCU connector A:12, a voltage signal
is sent via Cable 2 under the control panel where
it is connected to pin 8. If the LEDs in the savE
button do not light up, unplug the connector under
the control panel and take a reading on pin 8 in the
connector coming from Cable 2 with a multimeter
set to measure volts while activating the output via
the computer. Around 11 V on pin 8 should then be
seen if the cable is OK. If coupling the connector
to the control panel and it does not light up the
LEDs in the the savE button even though voltage
in the connector has been checked without the
control panel being connected, it will be necessary
to change the control panel for a new one, repair
is not possible. 11 V is not obtained if measured
when the connector is coupled together as this is
an unloaded voltage.
