*1 OFF : Phase error of the Input Video with respect to the Ref. Video is allowed within the range of ± 1 H. Variation of the phase error
is also allowed if it remains within this range. If the phase error exceeds this range, the picture frame can shift or recording can
stop.
ON : Phase error of the Input Video with respect to the Ref. Video is allowed within the range of ± 6 H. However, if the phase varies,
the picture frame can shift or recording can stop.
Select the OFF position for normal operation.
