4.8.5 Saving CPU link parameters in file (for S10V controllers only)

Function: Saves the displayed CPU link parameters in a specified file. (This feature is supported
only by Ver-Rev 01-02 or later of the S10V CPU link system and can be used only in
online mode.)
Operation: The procedure used is described below.
