Action
• Check that the link cable extension
length is within the specified limit.
For the specified limit, see
"1.2 Specifications."
• Check that the link cable and crimp
terminals are not broken or partly
broken.
• Check for improper terminating
resistor setup. For the setup
procedure, see "2.1 Names and
Functions of Each Part."
A normal operation is indicated.
No error is encountered.
• Hold the CPU or LPU RESET
switch in the ON position for a
period of longer than one second
and then release it.
• If the indication does not go off,
replace the CPU link module
because it is defective.
