7.2.2 Replacing the AC Output Circuit Breaker

Prerequisites


Procedure
Step 1 Remove the copper bar and cables from the faulty AC output circuit breaker using a socket
wrench that has an extension rod, and label the cables.

When removing connecting copper bars and cables using a socket wrench, arrange another
person to hold the nuts using an M12 wrench.
Step 2 Remove the wiring copper plates from the bottom of the faulty AC output circuit breaker
using a socket wrench that has an extension rod.
Step 3 Remove the circuit breaker and its fastener from the enclosure.
Step 4 Remove the screws from the circuit breaker fastener, and then remove the faulty AC output
circuit breaker.
Issue 03 (2018-05-15)
The AC output circuit breaker is faulty.
A spare AC output circuit breaker of the same model is available and functional.
