Possible Cause
Is the media suitable?
Is the media folded or creased?
The print head cartridge is old or damaged. Replace the print head cartridge.
Is the color registration correctly adjusted?
Is the paper damp?
Is the media suitable?
Is the transfer roll cartridge or fuser unit
properly installed in the printer?
Is the print head cartridge properly installed
in the printer?
The print head cartridge, transfer roll
cartridge, or fuser unit is old or damaged.
Action
Replace the media with a recommend size
and type, and confirm that your printer
driver settings are correct.
