5. Start-up

To start the METPOINT FLM, power it and perform the sensor setup as described in „Sensor Setup" auf Seite 25. Slowly

pressurise the pipes.
6. Configuration and operation
When the METPOINT FLM is powered, it is automatically initialised. After this step is completed, the main menu is displayed.

The device menus are operated through two capacitive buttons:

CAL indicates that calibration is due:
After 15 months, message
indicating that the device needs to be
calibrated. This message does not have
any effect on the measuring process, and
the device continues to provide accurate
measuring signals.
On request, the calibration interval can be
adjusted at the factory.
