TO HOLD A CALL

1.
Press the Hold key. The held line key flashes
green slowly.
If a held line appears on other terminal stations, the
associated LED flashes red slowly.
To Retrieve
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key.
2.
Press the held line key. Use the handset to
converse.
Any station with this line key appearance can retrieve the
call.
If Unanswered
1.
After preprogrammed time, Automatic Recall is
initiated.
2.
Visual and audible signal (rapid flash and ring
burst) is sent to the station that placed call on
hold.
Recall shows as a flashing green LED on your phone and
flashing red LED on other phones with the same line.
TO PLACE A CALL ON
EXCLUSIVE HOLD
1.
Press the Hold key twice. The Line key
appearance indicates interrupted wink.
If the held line key appears on other stations, the LED
remains steadily lit red.
To Retrieve
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key.
2.
Press the held line key. Use the handset to
converse.
Only the terminal that set Exclusive Hold option can retrieve
the call.
If Unanswered
1.
After preprogrammed time, Automatic Recall is
initiated.
2.
Visual and audible signal (rapid flash and ring
burst) is sent to the station which placed call on
Exclusive Hold.
Recall of Exclusive Hold excludes any other phone from
picking up. Exclusive Hold shows as a flashing green LED
on your phone. The same line on other phones appears as a
solid red LED.
