BOSS/SECRETARY TRANSFER
Secretary
1.
Lift the handset, press the boss' ringing line. Ask
the calling party to hold.
2.
Press the boss' line again. "Voice Call" is
automatically established.
3.
Announce the call to the boss.
If Boss Accepts Call
1.
Secretary replaces the handset.
2.
Secretary presses the boss' line to return to the
calling party.
If Boss Refuses Call
1.
Secretary presses the boss' line to return to the
calling party.

CONTROL
To Set MW at Boss' Station
Pattern1:
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key.
2.
Press the boss' ringing line.
3.
Press the Boss - Secretary - Message Waiting
Lamp Control; Set key. No service set tone is
heard.
Boss sees the MW on the display and can call
secretary to receive the message.
Pattern2:
1.
After taking the message, press the Recall key
and receive a dial tone.
2.
Press the Boss - Secretary - Message Waiting
Lamp Control; Set key. The special dial tone is
heard.
3.
Dial Boss' station number. Receive a service set
tone.
■The secretary can hang up after taking a message, and set
a message lamp at any time by going off-hook on the boss'
multiline and pressing the Boss - Secretary - Message
Waiting Lamp Control; Set key.
■The Boss - Secretary - Message Waiting Lamp Control;
Set key must be programmed by the Telephony Server
administrator on the Programmable feature key or soft key.
■"MW SET" is displayed as the soft key of Boss-Secretary-
Message Waiting Lamp Control; Set
To Cancel at Boss' Station
Pattern1:
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key.
Receive a dial tone.
2.
Press the Boss' line appearance.
3.
Press the Boss - Secretary - Message Waiting
Lamp Control; Cancel key. Receive a service set
tone.
Pattern2:
1.
While engaged in conversation on the boss'
multiline, press the Boss - Secretary - Message
Waiting Lamp Control; Cancel key. No service set
tone is heard.
