Danger!
Mains voltage!
In the case of contact with uninsula-
ted parts carrying mains voltage the-
re is a risk of electric shock including
injury or death!
Measures:
Observe all the valid rules and regu-
lations for electrical installation !
The removed control unit does no lon-
ger have IP protection and must be pro-
tected from damp!
CAUTION! Maintenance work must only
be carried out when the device is in a
de-energized state! Any work involving
electrical parts must only be performed
by suitably qualified and authorized per-
sonnel.
Note before wiring:

• Check type plate for permissible
mains voltage and ensure conformity!
• The installation must be carried out
according to the valid regulations.

• Assign terminals as indicated!
• Electrical power must be discon-
nected prior to installation!
• Remove screw () and lift off top cover ()
• Unscrew cable fitting () (where appli-
cable), remove blanking plug and insert
cable (4) for power supply ().
• Connect cable (4) to terminals (5).

Note: There is no metallic isolation
between terminals KL1.1 - KL1.3 and

housings or the condensate connec-
tions.
The 24 VDC voltage supplied must meet
the requirements for extra-low safety
voltages (for instance, EN 61556-2-6).
• Lay cable (4) as depicted.
Stranded cable ends must be secured
by means of a cable binder (6).
• Replace top cover () and tighten screw
().

• Fasten the threaded cable connection
() loosely.
