2. TAG MANAGEMENT

SVR-DS manages own system tags and internal tags.

These tags monitor own SVR-DS system. SVR-DS provides OIS-DS with system access support
and notifies it of state changes for alarm management.

SVR-DS manages parameters of OIS-DS/SVR-DS and PCS-DS, data regarding OIS-DS/SVR-
DS guidance, and process data for applications as "internal tags".
