The following indicators appear on the viewfinder screen.

ALARM INDICATORS
DEW
Dew has formed in the cam
corder. The power will cut off in
a few seconds.
(The Full Auto indicator blinks
simultaneously with the "DEW"
indicator when dew has
formed.)
BATTERY
The battery is too low. The
power will be cut off in a few
seconds.
Replace the battery pack.
(At this time, the Full Auto indi
cator also blinks.)
There is not enough light to
make a good recording. Add
more lighting or move to a
When there is no cassette in
the camcorder, the display
shown on the left will appear.
PROTECT TAB
The erasure protection hole on
the cassette is covered, and
recording is not possible.

The tape will end in about 3

7) ERROR MESSAGE
if an error message ap pears in
the viewfinder ( "E" followed by
a 3-digit numbe r), please write
it down.
Example of
error message
(a) If E025 or E026 is dis-
played, then press the
EJECT button, take out the
cassette, and wait a short
while. Then load the
cassette into the camcorder
again. If either E025 or
E026 is displayed this
time, call the nearest
SHARP Service Centre (see
page 43).
(b) If the error message is not
E025 or E026, turn off the
power. Then turn on the
power again to see if the
error message disappears.
If not, please contact the
nearest Sharp Service
Centre (see page 43).
