Using the Oven
All cooking operations must be carried out with the door fully closed.
Do not cover the bottom of the oven with aluminium or tin foil sheets during
cooking and do not place pans or trays on it to avoid damage to the enamel
coating surface.

Note:
• The oven is equipped with a cooling system which
comes into operation when temperature sensor
detects 55 °C during cooking, the fan causes a
steady outflow of air from above the door. If the
temperature drops to below 45 °C, the fan will stop
its operation.
