Caution:
Make sure the ink cartridge tabs are not under the tabs
protruding from the base of the opened ink cartridge clamp,
as this could damage the clamp.
8. Press down on the ink cartridge clamp until it locks into place.
The illustration shows color
ink cartridge replacement.
To replace the black ink
cartridge, replace only the
cartridge held by the
smaller clamp on the left.

Caution:
Insert a new ink cartridge immediately after removing a used
cartridge from the printer. If no cartridge is present, the print
head may dry out and become unable to print.
