Side Pipe Routing

The direction (in step 2) in which the main

pipes are tightened by using hold hoops is for

reference only. The onsite situation prevails.

1. Remove the pipe clamp securing the

vertical pipe using a Phillips screwdriver.

(Install the removed pipe clamp to the

cabinet side door in step 7.)

2. Remove the elbow hoops securing the

horizontal pipe using a 15# socket wrench,

and then take out the bend.

3. Remove the hold hoop securing the bend

using a 15# socket wrench. To avoid

deforming the pipe, use a 75# open-end

wrench to fix the pipe nut, use a 36# open-

end wrench to fix the plug, and then

remove the plug.

4. Connect the threaded connecting ends

removed from the straight pipe to the

external pipe (apply thread sealant on the

joints of external screw threads), and

secure them using a 75# open-end wrench

and an 18# pipe wrench.

5. Route the other end of the straight pipe

through the side door to the pipe of the

smart cooling product using a black

sealing ring (seal the pipe connection point

using a black sealing ring).

6. Secure the pipe using hold hoops.

7. Attach thermal insulation foam to the pipe,

and then install the pipe clamp on the side

panel of the NetCol8000-C using a Phillips

screwdriver to secure the pipe. Wrap the

pipes with thermal insulation foam after

installing the pipes.
