Removing the Pallet

1. For a single-door and double-dour cabinet, remove the four screws from both sides.

2. For downflow units, remove the fan maintenance baffle plate at the front door before removing

the bolts.

Open the front

door and remove

the rear door.

Remove the bolts

that secure the

cabinet and the

pallet using a 19#

socket wrench.

Units with Four Doors)

1. Operations should be conducted in a spacious and safe environment.

2. After the cables are connected, mark the terminals and bind them along the cabinet beam using

cable ties.

3. Ensure that nitrogen is completely exhausted from the exhaust valves of all modules.

1. Remove the side protection cardboards and rear door panels of

module 2 and module 3. Open the front doors of module 2 and

module 3, and remove the fan protective cover.

2. Use quick release screws to secure the front and rear columns

of the module 2 and module 3 to assemble the unit.

3. Use a 15# socket wrench to remove

the hold hoop that secures the main

pipe, remove the black sealing ring,

and remove the pipe plug.
