NOTE: Make sure the monitor was initialised (Power On Reset, Monitor Reset) before this

entry is called the first time! The Monitor Shell is NOT a second shell. On this BIOS

call the original shell is reactivated. It uses neither the stacks of user program nor

initialises it a second monitor environment.

NOTE: Using the monitor control function is an alternative to setting a breakpoint .
