will ask you to accept HP Hearing PRO Terms &
Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy. You will be
prompted to make it official by registering your product
to receive important updates and support.

Step 6/12
You will be prompted to set up your Ear ID. It is
important to complete this step, as it is used to
program the hearing aids to your personal hearing
profile.
Step 7/12
Your Ear ID evaluation process may take up to 10
minutes to complete. Please be patient during this
process and follow all instructions. This process needs
to be completed in a quiet room.
