How to change your Ear Tips
It is important to wear the hearing aids correctly with
the correct Ear Tips size for your ears to ensure the
optimal audio and hearing experience. The medium
Ear Tips will fit most people; however, your ear may
need a different Ear Tip size. If you cannot get a
snug and comfortable fit, it is recommended to try a
different Ear Tip size.
The hearing aids come with two types of Ear Tips:
Silicone and Memory Foam. Each type is supplied in
small, medium, and large sizes. Choose the type that
provides you with the best combination of snugness
for fit and comfort. Only use the HP Hearing PRO
supplied Ear Tips.

To change your Ear Tips to Memory Foam tips, firmly
pull the current Ear Tip off the hearing aid and replace
it with a different size.
1. Align the Memory Foam
Ear Tip and sound port of
the hearing aid.
2. Press the Memory Ear Tip
on to the sound port.
3. Memory Foam Ear Tip
should be fully mounted on
the sound port.
