How to wear your hearing aids

The Ear Tips included with the HP Hearing PRO
Hearing Aids are designed to properly fit most ear
canals and provide reasonable assurance of safety
that the hearing aids cannot be inserted too deep
into the ear canal providing an expected distance
(setback) from the eardrum (tympanic membrane):
10mm setback from the innermost component of the
device to the eardrum (tympanic membrane) for most
ear canals to minimize the risk of injury to the eardrum
(tympanic membrane). Insert the hearing aids into your
ears with the Ear Tip at the bottom when inserting,
gently push and twist them as indicated until you have
a snug, yet comfortable fit.
Caution:
DO NOT force the hearing aid into
your ear canal to a point where it is painful or
uncomfortable as this may cause damage to
your ear canal.
