To change your Silicone Ear Tips, firmly pull the
current Ear Tip off the hearing aid and replace it with a
different size.
Selecting Ear Tips that are too small may lead to
listening fatigue, cause you to miss sound awareness,
or cause the hearing aids to fall out of your ear.
Selecting Ear Tips that are too big may lead to
discomfort and ear pain. Ear Tips that are not properly
mounted on the hearing aid may come loose in the ear.

1. Align the oval shapes on
the Ear Tip and sound port
of the hearing aid.
2. Press the Silicone Ear Tip
on to the sound port.
3. Ensure the Silicone Ear Tip
is fully attached.

Follow the steps below to manually pair your hearing
aids.
Step 1/3
Remove the hearing aids from the Charge Case to
power them on.
Take both hearing aids out of the case
You need to wear both at the same time.
