Place both hearing aids into your ears.
The highlighted blue surfaces in this diagram are the
Tap Touch Control sensors. To activate pairing mode,
apply light pressure to both Tap Touch Control sensors
for about 5 seconds and wait until you hear "Pairing".
This will allow your phone to discover the hearing aids
in Bluetooth settings and in the HP Hearing App.
Hold both Tap Touch Controls
until you hear "Pairing".

iOS Manual Pairing
To activate pairing manually you need to open the
Bluetooth Settings and check if the Bluetooth is
turned on, then select HP Hearing PRO from the list of
available devices to connect. Return to the HP Hearing
App to continue to use your hearing aids.
Note:
HP Hearing PRO Hearing Aids have a
unique three letter/number identifying code that
will appear - HP Hearing PRO xxx
