Tips for broiling
• Preheat oven 3 minutes for best broiling results.
• Brush fish and poultry with butter or oil to prevent
sticking.
• If you want, use a broiler pan & grid for the best broiling
performance. Do not cover the grid with aluminum foil.
• Use Broil LO to broil foods such as poultry and thick
cuts of meat to cook thoroughly without over cooking
them.
CAUTION
• Should an oven fire occur, close the oven door
and turn off the oven. If the fire continues, throw
baking soda on the fire or use a fire extinguisher.
• DO NOT put water or flour on the fire.
- Flour may be explosive and water can cause a
grease fire to spread and cause personal injury.
• DO NOT use the broiler pan without the grid.
• DO NOT cover the grid with aluminum foil.
