Open the Control Panel.

Select "Network Connections".
Select "Switch to Classic View", if using the
Category View Mode.

Right click "Local Area Connection Enabled
........" and select "Properties".

Select "Internet Protocol (TCP/ IP)", and then
click "Properties".

Select "Use the following IP address", input "IP
address" and "Subnet mask", then click "OK".
