Steps
1. Place the system board on the palm-rest assembly.
2. Replace the two (M2x3) screws, two (M2x2.5) screws, and (M2x4) screw to secure the system board to the palm-rest
assembly.
3. Replace the fingerprint sensor.
4. Align the fingerprint reader metal bracket and replace the (M2x4) screw to secure it to the system board.
NOTE:
Systems with non-fingerprint reader configuration do not have a fingerprint reader bracket.
5. Place the USB Type-C bracket and replace the three (M2x5) screws to secure it to the system board.
6. Connect the eDP cable to its connector on the system board and close the latch.
7. Adhere the conductive tape to cover the eDP cable.
8. Connect the display cable to its connector on the system board.
9. Align the display cable bracket and replace the (M2x4) screw to secure the display cable bracket in place.
10. Connect the speaker cable to its connector on the system board.
11. Connect the USH board cable to its connectors on the system board.
12. Connect the LED cable to its connectors on the system board.
13. Connect the touchpad cable to its connector on the system board.
