Gas inlet conditions
OXYMAT 7 normal temperature
OXYMAT 7 high-temperature
1)
Optimum measuring results can only be achieved at 2000 hPa ±150 hPa above sample gas pressure. Calibrations are required
for any larger deviations.
Note
Composition of the reference gas
Using an unsuitable reference gas can cause the reference gas throttle (capillary tube) to be
closed. The device is then no longer capable of measuring.
Therefore, use dust-free reference gas or a standard dust filter with a mean pore width of <5 µm
in the reference gas inlet.
Note
If flammable gas mixtures are supplied in the rack mounted device or at a pressure > 100 hPa in
the wall mounted device, the gas line inside the OXYMAT analyzer and the supply line shall be
purged with inert gas prior to the analysis.
Note
The analysis of gas mixtures above UFL is only permitted with purging and at a pressure < 100
hPa in the wall device for OXYMAT module.
