Error Codes – DE or OE
NOTE: Always check the Drain Pump before replacing a Main Board, as a shorted
Drain Pump will damage the Main Board.

• The UE Error Code indicates an "Unbalance Error"
• Condition: The Hall Sensor is reporting incorrect rpms
associated with motor turning.
• Possible Causes:
 The load is too small or too large
 The unit is not level
 Shipping Bolts have not been removed
 The load is gathered to one side
 Non distributable items in load
 Damage to:
 Spindle
 Dampers/Springs
 Rotor

• The DE or OE Error Code indicates a "Drain Error"
• Condition: The Pressure Sensor is showing that the
unit has not fully drained (254) within 10 minutes.
• Possible Causes:
 Clogged Drain Pump Filter
 Clogged Drain Hose / Bellows
 Bad Drain Pump, or associated wiring
 Clogged tube to Pressure Sensor
 Bad Main Board
