** TO AVOID EXPLOSION AND FIRE CAUSED BY CHARGING AND MIXING
DIFFERENT TYPES OF REFRIGERANTS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED ONE **
DO NOT charge or mix different types of refrigerants other than the specified one in the cycle.
・Be sure to use nitrogen gas during the leakage test and the airtightness test.
・Ensure that you use the refrigerant pipes at the time of installation before operating the compressor.
・To perform repairs, relocation, and disposal, stop the compressor and make sure that the
refrigerant pipes have atmospheric pressure before removing them.
・Be sure to install the standard cover of the power supply terminal box using the specified
method after connecting the power lines. Do not operate the compressor without it.
・Turn off all power sources before starting the inspection, maintenance, and replacement
of the compressor.
If a large amount of air is drawn and the compressor keeps running in this condition, the
internal temperature of the compressor will increase, and it will exceed the ignition
temperature of the refrigerant oil of the compressor and may result in the compressor's
exploding (diesel explosion).
To operate the compressor, check the safety of the equipment, including pipe cracks and the
leakage of refrigerants.
** TO AVOID BURNS CAUSED BY HIGH TEMPERATURE **
DO NOT touch the compressor while it is in operation and for some time after it stops.
** TO AVOID BURNS AND FIRE CAUSED BY ABNORMAL OVERHEATING **
・DO NOT carry out vacuum drawing by compressor itself. Be sure of use vacuum pump.
・DO NOT operate the compressor when the inside of the compressor is in a vacuum state.
** TO AVOID DEFECTS OF THE LEGS OF THE COMPRESSOR **
Use the applicable vibration proof accessories which satisfies the specification.
